Project Solarization of institutions of the City of Karlovac

SolariKA

benefits from a 380.322 EUR grant from Iceland, Liechstenstein and Norway through the EEA Grants with a national co-financing by the Republic of Croatia within the “Energy and Climate Change” Programme.

The aim of the project is to increase the use of renewable energy sources at the locations of 14 properties in the use of institutions of the City of Karlovac.

The goal

of the project is to increase the use of renewable energy sources in public institutions founded by the City of Karlovac.

The increase

in the use of renewable energy sources will be achieved by implementing 14 pilot projects. Solar power plants with a total power of 0.45 MW will be built for the purpose of self-supply.

By implementing

pilot projects, there will be an increase in the use of renewable energy sources by 456.35 MWh with a reduction in CO2 emissions of 72.38 t/year.

Target groups

are the owners and users of real estate on which infrastructural activities are carried out, the City of Karlovac as an institution, and the general public.
